Our boxing classes are designed to take you from absolute beginner level to your first amateur fight.
Of course there is no obligation to fight!!! Some of the participants in our boxing classes participate in light contact competitions or amateur boxing fights. And many of the participants never wish to fight. Regardless, there is no better way to get fit than to train like a fighter.

Please bring a bottle of water, a towel and a mouth guard to classes. We have spare boxing gloves for you to use until you purchase your own.
